The platform implements a role-based system consisting of administrators, professionals, and solo parents. Administrators manage user verification, job postings, and financial aid information. Professionals provide consultation and respond to user concerns, while solo parents access all system features tailored to their needs.

Core features include job and freelance listings, financial aid resources, budget management tools, schedule planning with reminders, and a community support forum. Users can also communicate directly with professionals through private messaging for guidance and consultation.

The system is enhanced with AI-powered modules such as meal planning and smart recommendations, as well as educational tools that support child development. It was developed using Agile methodology, ensuring continuous improvement through iterative design, development, testing, and feedback.

Additional functionalities include childcare provider connections, real-time interactions using AJAX, secure authentication, and centralized database management to ensure data consistency and reliability.
